Searching for my lost dog, Honey

I love you forever, Honey. I will continue to search.

Every day, my heart breaks all over again because my sweet Honey is still not home with me. It’s hard to believe it’s been several months since she went missing. There is a $2500 reward, no questions asked. Please share. Please keep a lookout. Please help me bring my baby home.

Background: Honey was lost by a Rover pet sitter in Mesquite, Tx on July 2nd. I have not received help from Rover nor the sitter. I’ve hung posters, distributed fliers, placed ads, mailed postcards, checked shelters, used scent tracking dogs, searched in fields till 2am and more. Neither Rover nor the sitter have done anything. Rover and the sitter destroyed my life, yet the last time I checked, she was still active on Rover and charging more!

I search every.single.day. We have reason to believe that early on, Honey made her way to Town East Mall where she may have been picked up outside of the JC Penny. She could be anywhere now.

$2500 Reward. No questions asked. I just want her back. I wish I could go back to that fateful day on July 2nd and do it all over. My heart is broken 💔.

She had a hard life before I rescued her. I nursed her back to health and we had a beautiful two and half years together. She is the sweetest girl and didn’t deserve the life she had before I met her. If she could overcome all that trauma from her past, I have to hold out hope that she is still out there and can once again find the comfort of her warm bed in her loving home with me.

Medium sized (45lbs). Female. Big Pointy Ears. Gold/caramel color with white on face, chest, belly and paws. She’s the same color as a camel. 🐪 White zig zag down forehead. Microchipped.

She has been missing for several months. She may be skinny/dirty/etc. If you think you saw her but have doubts, please still send a pic of the dog you think is her.

Pictures help so much.

Also, if you see loose dogs (not just mine, but ANY loose dogs) please....before you do anything else, please take a PICTURE before they take off. Calling out to them often makes them run off. Stay quiet 🤫 and far away and snap some pictures before anything else! Pics are one of the MOST helpful things to have. It saves lost dog owners soooo much precious time and cuts down on guess-work. You'd be surprised how many similar-looking dogs there are out there!📸 📷 📸 📷.

Someone may also have her and just not know about microchips. From one possible source, she may have been picked up at the Town East Mall on July 3rd and could be anywhere by now. Please share and spread this message far and wide.
